Large group - Bay view, pool table, firepit & deck

What a super cool place! We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property for a week with our large crew and had an absolute blast hanging out and exploring beautiful Coos Bay. We were 2 families (5 adults and 6 kids) and fit perfectly with room to spare! The house is really neat, beautifully outfitted with wall art/decorations and amazing furniture. The pictures just don’t do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the little breakfast nook. The room behind the kitchen has a huge dining room table that is perfect for those sit-down dinners too. One of the coolest parts of the downstairs is the massive game room. All of the kiddos absolutely loved that room, and it was super fun for the adults as well, given it has the game table! :) What we found really unique about this place is the separate “guest” quarters accessible via opposite stairways. Each side was like its own little apartment offering several sleeping options for each family as well as bathrooms. Very cool, as each family had their own space during our stay. All of the beds, sleeper couches, etc were of great quality and comfy. There’s also linens/blankets/towels a plenty if needed, which we thought was a great personal touch - you can tell the hosts really want their guests to be comfortable. The views from upstairs of the bay are amazing too! The outside space is much larger than we thought it was going to be! It has a huge deck outfitted with hanging lights, furniture, BBQ, and even a gas fire pit! We spent many evenings just hanging on the deck after dinner, cozied up on the couches admiring the beauty of the bay that backs the property. There is also a large 2-car garage which was great for unloading/loading, and preparing to go on excursions to the beach, crabbing, etc. They have sand toys for the kiddos, folding chairs, and beach towels - very thoughtful. The dart board is a nice touch as well! Location-wise, the house is in a very clean and nice neighborhood. The neighbors were all really nice, and it is very close to downtown, shopping, and a lot of restaurants. It is also within walking distance to two corner stores that are well stocked for last-minute items you might have forgotten. Beaches are all very close, as well as crabbing if you enjoy that. There is also a disc golf course and park a short walk away - super cool! Overall, fantastic place for a family-friendly vacation with ample space for a lot of guests. Both of our families absolutely loved staying here, and we look forward to coming back next year!!!
